Connect an AI agent

tenfeeds has an MCP server, so AI agents can work with your tenfeeds account. An agent can see your connected accounts and posts and save drafts. It can't post. You approve every draft yourself.

What you need

A tenfeeds account with a confirmed email.
An API key. Make one in API & agents with New key. See API keys.
An agent that can connect to an MCP server over HTTP and send your key in a header.

The MCP address

Your agent sends your key with every request, as Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY.

Set it up

Open API & agents in tenfeeds and pick your agent under AI agents. It shows where the setup goes and the exact text to copy. Two examples:

Put your real key where it says YOUR_API_KEY. The API & agents page also has setup for Codex, Gemini CLI, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot in VS Code, and n8n.

What an agent can do

List your connected accounts.
Copy a photo or video from a public https link into tenfeeds: JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4 or MOV, up to 300 MB.
Make a draft with a caption, the accounts, media, a different caption for any account, and a suggested time.
List your posts, and check a post's status on each account, with links and error messages.

What an agent can't do

Post or schedule anything. Drafts wait for you.
Choose TikTok's privacy setting, or YouTube's visibility and made-for-kids setting. You pick those when you review.
Connect or disconnect accounts, change your settings, or see your social account sign-ins.
Delete posts.

Try it

Ask your agent something like:

"List my tenfeeds accounts."
"Draft a post for my LinkedIn and Bluesky: We're open late on Friday."
"Add this photo to tenfeeds and draft an Instagram post with it: https://example.com/photo.jpg"
"Did my last post go out on every account?"

Cut an agent off

Delete its key in API & agents. It stops working right away.

Your data

tenfeeds only gets what the agent sends to its tools: captions, media, times and accounts. It never sees your conversation with the agent. Posts made with your key count as your posts.
