Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Fluid Bloom Media LLC, 37 Spruceland Terrace, Lancaster, NY 14086, United States (“tenfeeds”, “we”, “us”), for your use of tenfeeds.com, the tenfeeds app, API and AI agent integrations (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use tenfeeds for a business, you confirm you can accept these Terms for it.
1. Early access
tenfeeds is in early access. Platforms open one at a time; our platforms list shows which are live. Features may change while we get there.
2. Who can use tenfeeds
You must be at least 13 years old (older where local law requires) and eligible to use every platform you connect. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
3. Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your login and API keys secure, and tell us at support@tenfeeds.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Connected accounts
When you connect a social account, you authorize tenfeeds to access it with the permissions you approve and to publish and schedule posts on it as you direct. You confirm you own each account you connect or are allowed to manage it. If you manage accounts for clients, each client must authorize you, and connects their account through the platform’s own sign-in screen. Never ask a client for their password.
Each platform controls its own service. Platforms may reject, limit or remove posts, suspend accounts, or change what apps like tenfeeds can do, and we can’t reverse their decisions. We don’t guarantee that a post will be accepted, published at an exact time, or reach any audience.
By using tenfeeds to post to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. When you use other platforms through tenfeeds, you also agree to follow their terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Terms, Instagram Terms of Use and Threads Terms of Use, X Terms of Service and X automation rules, the LinkedIn User Agreement, the Pinterest Terms of Service, the Bluesky Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile policies.
5. Your content
You own what you upload and write. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, format, transmit and display your content only as needed to run the Service, for example to resize a video or publish it to the accounts you choose. This license ends when your content is deleted, apart from copies the platforms keep and our short-term backups.
You confirm you have the rights to post your content, and you will label ads, paid partnerships, branded content and AI-generated or altered media where the platforms or the law require it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use tenfeeds to:
- post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing. We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and close the account. Report child safety concerns to legal@tenfeeds.com.
- spam, buy or fake engagement, or take part in coordinated inauthentic behavior;
- send the same or substantially similar post to more than one X account, or repeat an identical X post within 24 hours;
- automate replies, mentions, likes, follows, reposts or direct messages, or automatically post about trending topics;
- post misleading links or links that hide where they go;
- break a platform’s rules or get around its limits or safety systems;
- impersonate anyone, or connect accounts you are not allowed to manage;
- probe, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or scrape it to build a competing product;
- sell, resell, rent, sublicense or white-label the Service, or share your login or API keys with anyone outside your team.
If an AI agent runs an account entirely, say so in that account’s bio where the platform requires it. We may remove content, block a post, suspend accounts that break these rules, and tell the affected platform.
7. API and AI agents
- Your API key works only for your tenfeeds account and the accounts connected to it. Keep it secret and don’t share it between people or companies. Posts made with your key, including by AI agents you connect, are your posts.
- AI agents and AI suggestions can be wrong. Review them before posting, schedule posts if you want to check them first, and delete the key to cut an agent off.
- Some platforms require you to confirm a post in tenfeeds before it goes out (for example, TikTok privacy and disclosure choices), even when an agent prepares it.
- The API has rate limits. Over the limit, you’ll get a 429 response with a retry time. We may revoke a key we think has leaked, for example one posted publicly.
The free tools at tenfeeds.com/free-tools are provided as is, are rate limited, and may change or stop. Don’t automate requests to them or use them to make spam.
8. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, at the prices on our pricing page, plus any taxes we must collect.
- If your plan starts with a free trial, it becomes a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel first. We email you before a trial ends and before a yearly renewal.
- Links are left out of posts to X for now, because X charges apps for each post that contains a link. We may offer link posts on X as a paid option later. We give at least 30 days’ notice before changing plan limits or prices.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don’t refund partial periods, except where the law requires.
- Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. We may pause an account while a payment dispute is open.
- We give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change affects you.
9. Copyright
Send copyright complaints to legal@tenfeeds.com with the work, where it appears in tenfeeds, and your contact details. We remove infringing material and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
10. Our property
The Service, including its software, design and the tenfeeds name and logo, belongs to Fluid Bloom Media LLC. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners; tenfeeds is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using tenfeeds and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if your use puts the Service, the platforms or other users at risk. When your account ends, we delete your data as our Privacy Policy describes.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, tenfeeds is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, followers or reach, or for actions taken by the platforms. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100.
14. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Fluid Bloom Media LLC against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or a platform’s terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state courts in Erie County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Before filing a claim, please email legal@tenfeeds.com so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
