Privacy Policy
tenfeeds (“tenfeeds”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Fluid Bloom Media LLC, 37 Spruceland Terrace, Lancaster, NY 14086, United States. tenfeeds lets you connect your social accounts and publish or schedule posts to them from one place, through tenfeeds.com, our app, our API and AI agent integrations (together, the “Service”). tenfeeds is in early access, and platforms open one at a time. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
- We use your data only to run tenfeeds: posting what you ask, where and when you ask.
- We never sell your data, use it for ads, or use it to train AI models.
- We never see your social media passwords. You connect accounts through each platform’s official login.
- Disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data at any time.
1. Information we collect
- Waitlist. If you join the waitlist: your email address, the platforms and type of content you tell us about, which page or free tool you joined from, and your country (from your IP address).
- Free tools. Our free tools at tenfeeds.com/free-tools need no account. The caption length checker, image resizer, video checker, safe zone checker and bold and italic text tool run entirely in your browser, so your text and files never reach us. The AI tools send what you type to an AI model as described in section 4, and we don’t store it.
- Account information. Your name, email address and sign-in details (passwords are stored only as secure hashes), and your plan and billing status. If you sign in with Google or Apple, they give us your name, your email address (Apple may give a private relay address) and an account ID. We don't get your Google or Apple password.
- Connected accounts. The access tokens a platform gives us when you connect, and the basic account details listed in section 3.
- Content you provide. Videos, images, captions, titles, per-platform settings and schedules you create in tenfeeds.
- Post results. Post IDs, links, publishing status and error messages returned by the platforms.
- API and AI agent use. API keys you create (stored only as hashes) and request logs (time, endpoint, result) so we can run the API and prevent abuse.
- Technical information. IP address, browser and device type and timestamps in server logs, used for security and reliability. We use only essential cookies and local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third party serves ads in tenfeeds.
- Payments. Processed by Stripe. We receive card brand, last four digits and billing country, never your full card number.
- Messages. Emails and support requests you send us.
2. How we use information
- To publish and schedule the content you choose, to the accounts you choose, at the time you choose.
- To show your connected accounts, post history and post status.
- To run the API and the AI agent integrations you set up.
- To process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep the Service secure.
- To answer support requests and send service emails, such as early-access invites, receipts and failed-post alerts. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. What we receive from each platform
We access platform data only through each platform’s official API, only with your permission, and only for the features you use. When you publish, your content is sent to that platform and its own terms and privacy policy apply.
- YouTube (Google). tenfeeds uses YouTube API Services. We receive your channel ID, name and picture, and the IDs and upload status of videos you post through tenfeeds. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to Google’s handling of your data. You can revoke tenfeeds’ access at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Google tokens never leave our servers. tenfeeds’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- TikTok. We receive your TikTok open ID, display name and profile picture. When you open the composer we fetch your nickname, privacy options, interaction settings and maximum video length, only to build that screen. We send TikTok the media, caption and settings you choose, and keep the post ID and status. TikTok’s Privacy Policy applies to TikTok’s handling of your data.
- Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta). We receive the account or Page ID, username or Page name and profile picture, and the list of Pages you choose to connect. Instagram posting needs a Business or Creator account, and Facebook posting works with Pages, not personal profiles. The Meta Privacy Policy applies to Meta’s handling of your data.
- X. We receive your X user ID, username, name and profile picture, and the IDs of posts you publish through tenfeeds. We don’t add location data to your posts.
- LinkedIn. We receive your member or company Page ID, name and profile picture, and the IDs of posts you publish. Support for tenfeeds is provided by tenfeeds, not LinkedIn.
- Pinterest. We receive your account ID and username. Your boards are fetched live when you choose one and are not stored. We keep the IDs of Pins you publish.
- Bluesky. We receive your account identifier (DID), handle, display name and avatar. Bluesky posts are public records on the AT Protocol network.
- Google Business Profile. We receive the names and IDs of the locations you manage, to post updates you choose.
4. AI agents, the API and AI features
When an AI agent or app posts for you through our API or MCP server, we receive only what it sends to our tools: captions, media, times, accounts and settings. We never see your conversation with the agent. Posts made with your API key are treated as your posts.
If you use optional AI features in tenfeeds, such as caption suggestions, the text you give the AI (your draft and instructions) is sent to a DeepSeek model through OpenRouter. We route these requests only to providers that keep no copy of them and don’t use them for training (OpenRouter’s zero data retention and no-data-collection settings). We never send data we receive from Google, YouTube or any other platform’s API to AI models.
Our free AI tools (caption, hook, hashtag, YouTube title and bio generators, and the caption rewriter) work the same way: what you type goes to a DeepSeek model through OpenRouter with those settings, and we don’t store or log it. To keep the tools free we count requests per visitor, using a salted one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. Those counters are deleted within 2 days.
5. Who we share information with
- The platforms you choose, to publish your content and check its status.
- Service providers under contracts that limit their use of your data: Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, email routing), Resend (sends account emails, like confirmation links and post failure notices), Stripe (payments), OpenRouter (routes optional AI requests and free AI tool requests to zero-data-retention providers) and Google (our support inbox runs on Gmail).
- At your direction, for example through the API or an AI agent you connect.
- For legal reasons, to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, safety and security of our users, the public or tenfeeds.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. How long we keep data
- When you disconnect an account, we revoke our access at the platform where the platform allows it, delete that account’s token right away, and delete the rest of that account’s data on the timelines below.
- YouTube and Google data is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days, and deleted within 7 days after you disconnect, remove tenfeeds in your Google Account, delete your tenfeeds account or ask us to delete it.
- LinkedIn data is deleted as soon as you disconnect or ask us to delete it.
- X data is deleted within 24 hours after you disconnect, or after a request from you or from X.
- Everything else, including uploaded media, post history and data from other platforms, is deleted within 30 days after you disconnect that account, remove tenfeeds on the platform, delete your tenfeeds account or ask us to. Uploaded media is also removed within 30 days after it has been published.
- Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe.
- Free tool request counters are deleted within 2 days.
- Server logs are kept for up to 90 days, unless we need them longer to investigate abuse.
- Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Deleted data can stay in encrypted database backups until they are overwritten, within 7 days. We don’t restore or use data from backups.
7. Security
We encrypt data in transit with TLS, encrypt access tokens at rest, store API keys and passwords only as hashes, and limit access to the people who need it to run the Service. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay. To report a vulnerability, email security@tenfeeds.com.
8. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing privacy@tenfeeds.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days, sooner where the timelines above require it.
- Disconnect accounts in tenfeeds or from the platform itself. See Data deletion.
- EEA and UK. We process your data to provide the Service under our contract with you, for our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service, to meet legal obligations, and with your consent where we ask for it. You can object to or restrict processing and complain to your local data protection authority.
- California and other U.S. states. You can ask to know, access, correct and delete your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.
9. Children
tenfeeds is not for children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age. Users under 18 need a parent or guardian to agree to our terms. You must also meet the minimum age of every platform you connect. If we learn we collected data from a child, we delete it.
10. International transfers
tenfeeds is based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
11. Changes
We post changes here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
