Delete your account
You can delete your tenfeeds account in Settings. You have 7 days to change your mind, unless you choose to delete everything right away.
Before you delete
Want a copy of your data? In Settings → Your data, tap Email me my data. We email you a link to a ZIP file with your account, connected accounts and posts. The link works for 24 hours. Sign-ins for your social accounts are never included.
Delete your account
- Open Settings → Delete account.
- Type your password if you have one, and type DELETE.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
What happens right away
- Scheduled posts and drafts are canceled.
- Your social accounts are disconnected, and tenfeeds ends its access where the platform allows it.
- Your API keys stop working.
- A paid plan is canceled right away.
- You're logged out everywhere, and we email you.
Undo it within 7 days
Log in within 7 days and your account comes back. You'll need to connect your social accounts again and make new API keys. Canceled posts stay canceled, and a canceled plan doesn't come back.
After 7 days
Your account and everything in it are deleted for good, including uploaded files and post history.
Delete everything right away
Tick Delete everything right away instead before you tap Delete my account. This can't be undone.
What's kept
- Posts already on your social accounts stay there. Delete them on each platform if you want them gone.
- Billing records, where tax law requires it.
- Encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days, and server logs are deleted within 90 days.
