Log in, reset your password or change your email
You log in to tenfeeds at tenfeeds.com/app/login with your email and password, or with Google.
Log in
- Type your email and password and tap Log in, or tap Continue with Google if you signed up with Google.
- If you see "This account uses Sign in with Google", use the Google button.
- After too many tries, wait a minute and try again.
- You stay logged in on a device for up to 30 days.
Forgot your password
- On the login page, tap Forgot?.
- Type your email and tap Send link.
- Open the email and choose a new password. The link works for 1 hour.
Resetting your password logs you out on every other device.
Change your password
In Settings → Password, type your current password and a new one with at least 8 characters, then tap Change password. Your other devices are logged out.
If you signed up with Google, this card says Add a password. Adding one lets you log in with your email too.
Change your email
- In Settings → Email, type the new email, and your current password if you have one.
- Tap Send confirmation link. We email a link to the new address. It works for 24 hours.
- Your email changes only after you open that link. We also tell your old address about the change.
Receipts for a paid plan go to your new email too.
Confirmation email didn't arrive
- Check your spam folder.
- Tap Send it again in the banner at the top of tenfeeds.
- The link works for 3 days. If it expired, log in and send a new one.
Two-factor sign-in
tenfeeds doesn't have its own two-factor sign-in yet. If you use Continue with Google, your Google account's own security settings protect that sign-in.
