Change or cancel your plan
Plan changes, your card, invoices and canceling are all in the billing portal, which Stripe runs for tenfeeds.
Open the billing portal
Open Settings and tap Manage billing or cancel under Plan. The button shows once you have a paid plan. Tapping a different plan in Settings also opens the portal.
Change your plan
- Moving to a bigger plan starts right away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
- Moving to a smaller plan starts at your next billing date.
- If you have more accounts connected than the smaller plan allows, you can't connect new ones until you're under its limit.
Cancel
- Cancel your plan in the billing portal.
- Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Settings shows the date.
- We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
Card and invoices
Update your card and see past invoices in the billing portal. Receipts go to the email on your tenfeeds account.
Deleting your account
If you delete your tenfeeds account, your paid plan is canceled right away. See Delete your account.
