Disconnect an account or remove tenfeeds' access
You can disconnect any account at any time. Posts already on the platform stay there.
Disconnect in tenfeeds
- Open Accounts.
- Tap the disconnect icon next to the account.
- Type delete to confirm, then tap Disconnect.
What happens
- tenfeeds deletes its copy of the account's sign-in right away.
- Where the platform allows it, tenfeeds also ends its access on the platform's side.
- Scheduled posts and drafts are canceled for that account. If a scheduled post also goes to other accounts, it still goes out to those.
- Posts already on the platform stay there. Delete them on the platform if you want them gone.
- The rest of that account's data is deleted: LinkedIn data right away, X data within 24 hours, YouTube data within 7 days, and everything else within 30 days.
Facebook: disconnecting one Page leaves your other Pages connected. tenfeeds removes its Facebook access when you disconnect the last Page from that Facebook login.
Remove tenfeeds on the platform
Instagram, Threads and Pinterest don't let apps end their own access. If you want tenfeeds removed there too, remove it in that platform's settings. The steps for every platform are on the Delete your data page.
If you remove tenfeeds in Facebook, Instagram, Threads or TikTok, the platform tells tenfeeds, and it deletes that account's data on the same timelines. Other platforms don't tell tenfeeds: the account shows Reconnect. Disconnect it in tenfeeds to delete its data. If you remove tenfeeds in your Google Account, your YouTube data is deleted within 30 days.
