Post to LinkedIn with tenfeeds
tenfeeds posts text, images and videos to your personal LinkedIn profile.
Status: in testing. tenfeeds is testing posting to LinkedIn. Your Accounts page shows if you can connect it. See Supported platforms.
Connect
In Accounts, pick LinkedIn and log in. tenfeeds asks for your name and picture and permission to post for you. It doesn't ask for your email.
Account requirements
- tenfeeds posts to your personal profile.
- Company Pages aren't available yet. Posting to Pages needs extra access from LinkedIn that tenfeeds doesn't have yet.
- LinkedIn sign-ins last 60 days, and LinkedIn doesn't let tenfeeds renew them. We email you about a week before yours ends. Then connect it again. See Reconnect an account.
What you can post
- Text posts.
- Up to 20 images.
- One video.
A post can have images or one video, not both. Posts are shared publicly.
How your text shows up
- #hashtags work as usual.
- @names show as plain text. They don't tag the person.
Settings
LinkedIn has no extra settings.
Limits
- Text: up to 3,000 characters.
- Images: JPG, PNG or GIF, under 36 megapixels.
- Video: MP4 only, 3 seconds to 30 minutes, 75 KB to 500 MB. MOV files don't work on LinkedIn.
- Per day: 150 posts. tenfeeds waits at least 2 minutes between posts. See Posting limits.
Your data
When you disconnect LinkedIn, tenfeeds deletes the LinkedIn data it holds right away. Support for tenfeeds comes from tenfeeds, not from LinkedIn.
Common errors
- LinkedIn signed tenfeeds out: the 60 days are up. Connect LinkedIn again.
- Matches one you already shared: change the text and try again.
- Daily posting limit: try again tomorrow.
- LinkedIn couldn't process this video: use an MP4 between 3 seconds and 30 minutes.
