Post to Pinterest with tenfeeds

tenfeeds posts Pins with one image or one video to the board you pick.

Connect

In Accounts, pick Pinterest and log in. tenfeeds asks to see your boards, so you can pick one for each Pin, and to create Pins. Pinterest requires apps to ask for its board permission in order to create Pins, so you'll see it on Pinterest's screen. tenfeeds never creates, changes or saves your boards.

Account requirements

• At least one board. Make one in Pinterest first if you don't have any.

What you can post

One image or one video per Pin. Your caption becomes the Pin's description.

Settings

• Board: required. Boards load from Pinterest each time, and tenfeeds doesn't store them.
• Title: optional, up to 100 characters.
• Link: optional. Start it with http:// or https://. Use the full link, not a shortened one.
• Alt text: optional, up to 500 characters. It describes the image for people who use screen readers.

Limits

• Description: up to 800 characters.
• Images: up to 20 MB.
• Videos: MP4 or MOV, 4 seconds to 15 minutes, up to 2 GB.
• Per day: tenfeeds stops at 50 Pins a day per account and waits at least 2 minutes between Pins. See Posting limits.

Disconnecting

Pinterest doesn't let apps end their own access. After you disconnect in tenfeeds, you can also remove tenfeeds in your Pinterest settings. See Disconnect an account.

Common errors

• Pinterest blocked the link as possible spam: use the full link, with no shorteners or redirects, or remove it.
• That website doesn't allow Pins to be saved from it: use a different link or remove it.
• That board isn't on this account anymore: pick another board.
• Pinterest has locked or suspended this account: log in at pinterest.com, reset your password if it asks, then connect again here.
• Pinterest couldn't process this video: use an MP4 or MOV between 4 seconds and 15 minutes.
