Create a post: post now or schedule it
You write a post once in New post, pick the accounts, and tenfeeds sends it to each one.
Pick accounts
At the top of New post, tap each account you want. Tap it again to remove it. Tap + to connect another account. Accounts that need reconnecting can't be picked until you reconnect them. You can post to up to 50 accounts at once.
Add photos or videos
Tap Add photo or video, or drag files onto it. You can add up to 20 files. Each one shows its upload progress. Wait for uploads to finish before you post. See Media requirements.
Write the caption
The caption goes to every account you picked. The counter under it compares your caption with the shortest limit among the platforms you picked. See Character limits by platform.
Change it for one account
Each account gets a row under the caption. Open it and type in the Same caption box to give that account its own caption. The row then shows Own caption. For YouTube, this box is the video's description.
The row is also where that platform's settings are, like TikTok's privacy choice or the Pinterest board. Each platform guide explains its settings.
Check the preview
The preview shows roughly how the post will look. Tap a platform's icon above it to switch. For X, it shows the text with links removed.
Post now or schedule
- Now: tap Post to … accounts. A window shows each account's progress. You can close it, and posting keeps going.
- Schedule: tap Schedule, pick a date and time at least a minute from now, and tap Schedule … posts. You can schedule up to a year ahead.
Posts to the same account are spaced a few minutes apart, so one may go out a little after the time you picked. See Posting limits.
If the post button is greyed out
The note under the button says what's missing, like "choose who can see it" for TikTok or "pick a board" for Pinterest. Rows that need something show Fix. You also need to confirm your email before you can post.
Drafts
Drafts in tenfeeds come from AI agents and the API. They wait in Posts → Drafts until you review them. You can't save your own draft from New post yet. See How agent drafts work.
